I’m sharing this not out of anger, but because I would never want anyone else to walk away feeling the way I did today. As someone who values treating others with respect, I would never want to make anyone feel the way I was treated during this interaction. A little empathy and basic respect go a long way. My hope in writing this is simply that no other customer has to leave feeling judged or disregarded over voicing a simple and genuine concern. I’ve been a loyal customer of T Pumps Fremont for about six years, ever since the pandemic, and my family and I visit very frequently—often every other week, sometimes even multiple times in one week. This has been our favorite boba shop, and until tonight, I have never once made a complaint. This evening, I purchased one of the discounted $3 drinks. After taking one sip, I noticed immediately that it tasted extremely sweet and honestly just truly unpleasant. I’m never one to be picky and I will drink almost any combo from this shop. Prior to this I’ve had many of the discounted drinks before and have never came across one this bad. Pros: Great service and friendly staff. Stars for that. Neutral: Huge selection, which could be great for some people and daunting for the others. Cons: VERY sweet. We tried the Black Sugar Milk Tea and the Chocolate and Strawberry Milk Tea. Despite choosing the 25% sweetness option, the teas were extremely sweet. Sweetness aside, the Black Sugar Milk Tea tasted nice, but I wouldn't recommend the Chocolate and Strawberry Milk Tea. That said, the place was popular, so maybe it was our selection that did not live up to the hype.

I have never seen a Boba shop like this. There are unique ways to tri Boba that I’ve never tried before. Hailey recommend mixing and matching each time and they also have a flavor of the day each time you go in. Physically the building is a little hidden and small, but this place is always busy.

Loved the flavors and service at Tpumps. The best boba place I ever tried! Get to try cinnamon, salted caramel and vanilla tea! They even had sample of it.

great service samples sometimes sold out not available for purchase and flavour of the day appreciated excellent service @ cash wrap helpful pre made drinks grab n go from fridge good value $2 parking bonus fit into space between van and huge truck didn't have to circle bldg. Friday still had tasty sounding green tea gritty 3 flavors without milk pineapple lychee , raspberry watermelon maybe next time I'll try unsweetened non sweet bartley tea restrooms were out of order.
